TBH the Mini hasnt been that bad, no engine issue,or anything else so far other than changing the water pump...its a Chrysler engine tho

And my 968 was quite reliable. The 525i was decent, but most of the repairs were just because of age. But when it needed a cash infusion it was a biggy...

Same here, its been mostly changing bushings and greasing stuff coz high miles.  There is this one squeak tho that does not go away....
